How to dress like Japs for every occasion

She is known for having the title “Asia’s Pop Sweetheart” because of her very distinct and powerful voice. We all know that she can carry a tune whether it’s pop, a ballad, R&B and yes… even rap! All of these can be heard in her newly released album Deeper.

One adjective that can be used…

Never Had You and Tulad Mo. :”) <3

Julie Anne San Jose – role model to the youth
Actress-singer Julie Ann San Jose never lets rumors affect her focus, going on to simply give her best in whatever project given her. Her professionalism has been key to her current status as rising star of the Kapuso Network.
She explained, “Siguro po ganun din ang nararamdaman ng ibang mga artista ‘di ba? Basta kami pong mga artista ginagawa lang po namin ang mga trabaho namin.”
Julie Anne brushes off the issue alleging her supposed rift with erstwhile love team partner Elmo Magalona who is now being paired with Janine Gutierrez.
She said, “When it comes to work I’m very professional and I’ll do my job well. Magkaibigan naman kami ni Elmo. Hindi po ako nagsasara ng pintuan pagdating sa trabaho.”
Another recurring issue hurled her way is the 9x Platinum certification her self-titled debut album received from the Philippine Association of the Record Industry.
Apparently, there are critics who are questioning its veracity.
Julie Anne is unfazed.
She quipped, “Hindi mo naman mapi-please lahat kasi eh, ‘di ba?”
“It is not about the artist, or how strong her following is. It’s about making music and it’s for OPM. For me I really love what I’m doing. I really love music, singing and writing songs. I love my craft. And I never anticipated or expected that I’d reached that status,” she added.
To date, Julie Anne’s single “I’ll Be There” is the first single from an OPM artist to receive Platinum certification by PARI. At the moment it has already reached Quadruple Platinum status.
Her follow-up album will be hitting the market soon. Included are five of her compositions and five more from various song writers.
Julie Anne is also seen on “Sunday All Stars” and “Pepito Manaloto.” She will also be part of “Marian,” the dance show of Marian Rivera.
Julie Anne has attracted the attention of companies or brands eager to make her their image model. The latest is Careline, Ever Bilena’s make-up line for young girls.
Julie Anne was chosen as Careline brand ambassador after her name emerged number one in a survey meant to determine who could best represent the line. Her popularity on social media like Twitter and Instagram, was also a big factor for her selection.
“What’s important is finding who’s a perfect example for the youth. Because just like Careline, she’s fresh, bubbly and full of youth and vigor. And we believe that Julie Anne is the epitome of the perfect Careline endorser,” a Careline representative said.
Julie Anne recently celebrated her birthday at the White Cross Children’s Home in San Juan City, giving the children treats and entertaining them via a mini-concert. She turns 20 on May 17.
